Well, not really. The content is the same: same posts, pages and menus. What’s different is I’m now self-hosted, which means….? I have more options for displaying, including a neat way of showing my books. Check out my Book Tags cloud on the Home page to see what I mean.
Downside… I’m having to update links, not external ones, but those that point to other posts. So there might be a few that point back to my old blog on WordPress.com. I’m gradually weeding them out so I can retire my old blog.
If you’re an email subscriber or WordPress follower, you should (I hope!) have transferred over. I’ve no idea who you are, so I can’t verify the migration has worked, since it’s down to WordPress. I do know if you follow using the WordPress reader you need to check your email settings, as they might have changed.
There will be some minor tweaks still to come, otherwise, this is it!
So… on to this week. I’m posting on Wednesday about my latest work in progress, which is a Regency spanking romance with a twist. A little more reveal mid-week. Hopefully I’ll be able to do a cover reveal soon.
(If you’re an author and curious about the book display function, it’s a plugin called Mooberry.)
Hi Jaye, congratulations on moving to your new page. I got the message, so I think migration worked. 🙂
hugs

Thank you for letting me know, I think it has too 🙂
I really like your new blog layout. Very snazzy!
Thank you!
